Directions
From I-93 North or South
- Take Exit 20 off of I-93.
- Take left at exit ramp onto Route 3 towards Laconia, NH.
- Follow Route 3 approximately 6 miles. Pass through traffic light at the Belknap Mall.
- Take next right onto Route 3 North/Route 11 East (also known as the Laconia-Gilford Bypass).
- Take first exit (Route 106S to Route 107) onto Route 106 South.
- Follow Route 106 South approximately 0.7 miles to first traffic light.
- Turn right at traffic light onto Bishop Road.
- Take immediate left onto Corporate Drive.
- Opechee Construction Corporation is the first building on left.
From Seacoast Area
- I-95 to Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) North.
- Take Exit 15, Route 11 West to Farmington/Alton, the Lake Winnipesaukee exit.
- Follow Route 11 West through Alton Traffic Circle towards Alton/Laconia/Alton Bay.
- Approximately 15 miles from Alton you will come to first traffic light at the intersection of Route 11 and Route 11B. Proceed straight through this traffic light.
- Proceed through the next two traffic lights.
- Take immediate left onto Route 3 South/Route 11 West (also known as the Laconia-Gilford Bypass).
- Take third exit onto Route 106 South (Belmont/Concord).
- Follow Route 106 South approximately 0.7 miles to first traffic light.
- Turn right at traffic light onto Bishop Road.
- Take immediate left onto Corporate Drive.
- Opechee Construction Corporation is the first building on left.
